Training options and levels

The Flow Fitness Pro UB5i is an exercise bike that stands for high quality and safety, combined with endless training possibilities. The exercise bike offers no less than 24 different programs to choose from. These programs vary from user programs and a manual program to heart rate controlled programs. The latter are designed based on your heart rate, which you measure via the heart rate sensors in the handles. It is also possible to use a Bluetooth chest strap and connect it to the exercise bike.

Of course, the resistance can also be set manually using the Smart Wheel or via the Quick Keys in the handles. The magnetic resistance system gives you the choice of 32 training levels that you set in steps of 5 Watt (10 – 350 Watt).

User-friendly display

The large display of the UB5i Upright Bike gives you a total overview of your performance. Time, speed, RPM, distance, Watt, calories and heart rate are shown. You can also see the progress of your training by means of a graph. To navigate, use the advanced Smart Wheel or the Quick Keys with which you can quickly select the desired settings.

Would you rather not have the numbers and graphs in front of you all the time? Then place your tablet or smartphone in the tablet holder and just watch a nice series. You can also follow a route via Kinomap, Zwift or iConsole!

More with apps

Thanks to the Bluetooth receiver in the console, you can connect your favorite training apps to the UB5i from Flow Fitness. iConsole and Kinomap, among others, work perfectly with this exercise bike. Also very handy for the gym. You can keep track of the performance of all your workouts on your smartphone and do not have to worry about losing your data.

The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. The resistance is automatically increased when you go uphill and decreased when you go downhill. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use the multiplayer mode to compete with your friends. On your screen you can see how far you are in your video and what distance you still have to cover. You can also easily connect Kinomap to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you can record all your workouts in one overview.

To use Kinomap, at least version 5.0 is required for Android devices. At least version 9.0 is required for iOS.
